Harbourside, as its name suggests, is just that, with direct access down to the beach or even at high tide a swim off the steps! Being only 100m from the quay this is an ideal location for those who want to be close to the harbour activities.

This luxury self catering apartment which has one double and one twin bedroom, both with spacious en-suites which are divided by the living area enjoy their own individual access to the outside decked area.

​

The lounge, kitchen/diner which is glass fronted to maximize the opportunity to watch all the boating activity in the harbour is  well equipped with modern appliances throughout including a USA style fridge/freezer, dishwasher & 50" smart television. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bookings are taken 11 months in advance as this year’s guests have first refusal on the same week next year with the deposit being due a month after departure if rebooking.

​

Although a holiday on Scilly is still within the UK, travel can still be disrupted and so we strongly recommend and urge all guests to take out appropriate holiday insurance cover to include cancellation and travel disruptions due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

​

As part of our Fire Risk Assessment we are required to point out that Harbourside apartment might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility as the means of escape from the master bedroom, other than via the normal exit through the kitchen, is via the outside decked area and onto the beach. If you have any doubts then please contact us and we can help you decide if the property will be suitable.
